XOmanga respects the rights of copyright holders. Some content shown on the Service is read through MangaDex’s compliant public API, while other images are re-hosted on our infrastructure. If you are a rights holder and believe your work is being used improperly, we want to make it easy for you to tell us — and we action valid notices promptly.
How to file a notice
Use the form below, or email email us. A complete notice should include:
- your name and contact email;
- identification of the copyrighted work and the specific URL(s) on XOmanga where the allegedly infringing material appears;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
What happens next
We review every notice we receive. When a notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the identified material and record the action. We may contact you at the email you provide if we need clarification.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same contact address. A valid counter-notice should identify the material and its location, include your contact information, and include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification. We may restore the material in accordance with applicable law.
Repeat infringers
Consistent with our Terms of Service, we may suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeat infringement.
